SEVAHETU is building a technology-enabled network for rapid, ground-level non-medical emergency support.

In many emergency situations, people need immediate practical assistance on the ground, but existing emergency systems may not always be able to address these needs quickly or effectively. SEVAHETU aims to bridge this gap by using technology, structured processes, and local networks to connect people in distress with reliable on-ground support.

We are building SEVAHETU with a strong focus on speed, reliability, accountability, and accessibility. The goal is to create a scalable emergency-support ecosystem that can operate efficiently across communities and cities.

Role Description

We are looking for a Co-Founder – Business, Operations & Growth who wants to build SEVAHETU from the ground up.

This is not a traditional management or employment role. The Co-Founder will have significant ownership and responsibility for building the business, validating the business model, developing operations, acquiring customers and partners, and creating systems that can scale.

The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team and take hands-on responsibility across:

- Business Strategy: Define, test, and continuously improve SEVAHETU’s business and revenue model.
- Operations: Build reliable processes for delivering ground-level emergency support and ensure service quality and response efficiency.
- Business Development: Identify and acquire institutional, corporate, community, and strategic partners.
- Sales & Growth:



Develop customer and partner acquisition strategies and convert opportunities into measurable growth.
- Market Research: Understand customer needs, competition, market gaps, and emerging opportunities to support business decisions.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with hospitals, corporates, RWAs, NGOs, local communities, technology companies, and other relevant organizations.
- Product & Service Development: Work closely with the product/technology team to improve SEVAHETU’s services based on real-world feedback and operational data.
- Performance & Financial Management: Track key business metrics, manage budgets and resources, and use data to improve efficiency and unit economics.
- Team Building: Hire, manage, mentor, and build a small, high-performing team as the company grows.
- Execution: Take ownership of problems from identification to execution and measurable results.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment where priorities can change quickly and the Co-Founder may need to work across multiple functions.

- Strong understanding or interest in sales, business development, operations, and growth.
- Ability to build partnerships and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong execution ability — someone who can turn an idea or problem into an action plan and measurable outcome.
- Leadership ability and willingness to build and manage a team.
- Ability to make practical decisions under pressure and time-sensitive situations.
- Experience in startups, operations, business development, emergency services, healthcare, community networks, or technology-enabled services will be an advantage.
- Prior founder/co-founder experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, social sciences, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be willing to work full-time and on-site in Delhi, India.
