CNC Milling Operator

Position: CNC Operator

Experience: 15 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CNC milling and turning machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and machine drawings.
- Set up CNC milling machines, including tool setting and job loading.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine parameter adjustments.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure components are manufactured according to specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Identify and report machine or production issues to the supervisor.




- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CNC milling or turning machine operations.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machining processes.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens is preferred.
- Positive understanding of production and quality requirements.
- Ability to work in shifts.
