Role & responsibilities

- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and project-wise cost estimates.

- Monitor and analyse actual costs against budgets and identify variances.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management reports.

- Analyse project profitability, revenue, expenses and margins.

- Monitor and control project and operational costs.

- Prepare costing statements and financial models for new projects.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for major deviations.

- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

- Prepare cash flow projections and monitor project cash requirements.

- Analyse sales, collections, expenses and project performance.

- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Projects and Management teams for financial data.

- Assist in cost reduction and improving operational efficiency.

- Ensure proper maintenance of cost records and financial documentation.

- Support internal audit, statutory requirements and financial reviews when required.
