Role Description The Cluster Manager Hospital at RAHI Care Official is a full-time, on-site role based in Sambalpur. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple renal care centers within the cluster, ensuring consistent quality of patient care, adherence to clinical protocols, and efficient practice and hospital management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising center managers and staff, monitoring operational performance, managing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.





The role also involves building solid relationships with patients, caregivers, hospital partners, and the medical community, addressing service issues promptly, and driving patient satisfaction.

The Cluster

Manager will regularly review performance metrics, implement process improvements, support staffing and training needs, and collaborate with senior management to achieve business and clinical objectives for the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Practice Management and Hospital Management skills to oversee multi-site operations and ensure standardized, high-quality care.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, medical teams, and partner hospitals.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and resource management skills to plan, monitor, and optimize financial and operational performance across the cluster.
- Relevant experience in healthcare or hospital administration, preferably in dialysis or renal care services, is highly beneficial.
- A graduate degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead teams, handle cross-functional coordination, and implement process improvements in a clinical or healthcare setting is desirable.
- Comfort with using healthcare IT systems, reporting tools, and basic MS Office applications is beneficial.
