- Manage and supervise quality control processes across all GUs within the cluster (JGU, AGU, BGU & UGU).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Support plant team to explore alternate material to reduce the cement cost.
- Oversee real-time monitoring of production processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies, optimizing blending, grinding, and additive usage.
- Lead and coordinate with QC teams across multiple units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of the QC teams.
- Ensures that organization’s quality rules and best practices are followed by plants and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related customer complaints.
- Ensure prompt action and communication to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Analyze quality data from different units to identify trends, deviations,



and areas of improvement.
- Provide periodic reports on quality performance to senior management, highlighting successes and corrective actions.
- Organizing monthly PQM & Quality meetings.
- Prepare for and lead internal and external audits related to quality systems and certifications.
- Follow and support Implementation corrective actions based on audit findings and recommendations.
- Benchmarks quality performance.
- Contributes to define the specifications and coordinate the industrial scale production of current product and application.
- Minimum Degree: Post Graduation in Science
- Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum

12+ years’ experience in QC/QA activities
