Role: AWS Connect Architect
Experience: 8-15 years

TCS is hiring an AWS Connect Architect to design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The role involves architecting omnichannel customer experience solutions and integrating them with enterprise systems.
? Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Architect omnichannel customer engagement (voice, chat, email)
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, IVR, and backend systems
- Ensure scalability, security, and high availability
- Lead solution design, technical reviews, and deployments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and guide implementation teams
?️ Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- AWS services: Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
- Experience with IVR, CTI, call flows, contact center analytics
- Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and security best practices
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD on AWS
- Experience in Contact Center domain as required skills must

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / Connect Specialty) preferred
