Role Description The Closing Specialist at Rupee112 is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end loan closing activities, including verifying documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that all closing conditions are met accurately and on time.

The Closing

Specialist will oversee escrow-related processes where applicable, confirm disbursement details, and maintain clear records for compliance and audit purposes. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers to clarify closing requirements, addressing queries, providing status updates, and delivering a smooth closing experience. The role also involves identifying process improvements, maintaining high service standards,



and supporting the broader operations team to ensure productive loan lifecycle management.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in loan closings, with the ability to manage end-to-end closing processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and related documentation, with attention to detail in handling financial and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with customers and colleagues.
- Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive borrower experience.
- Understanding of loan products and basic lending concepts, including eligibility, documentation, and disbursal workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with digital tools and loan management systems; comfort working with spreadsheets and standard office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations, compliance, and risk teams, while taking ownership of assigned closing files.
- Relevant experience in financial services, lending, banking, or mortgage operations is preferred.
