Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges in an in office, full-time role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, administering and interpreting standardized tests, and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team.
The role involves delivering counseling and therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and contributing to case conferences and care reviews.
The Clinical
Psychologist will also provide guidance to caregivers on behavior management, support school-related interventions when needed, and participate in ongoing program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology, with knowledge of child development and developmental disorders.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized tools for children.
- Experience in Mental Health care for children and adolescents, including assessment and therapeutic intervention.
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision or mentorship to junior team members is an advantage.
- Master’s in Clinical Psychology or equivalent, with relevant licensure/registration as per local regulations.
- Experience working in pediatric, developmental, or rehabilitation settings is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
