Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Operations Programmer with hands-on experience in Medidata Rave build, eCRFs, edit checks, and C# programming. The successful candidate will support clinical trial database development and maintenance while working collaboratively with teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain clinical trial databases using Medidata Rave.
- Build and configure eCRFs, edit checks, and database migrations.
- Develop and maintain C# custom functions to support Rave database functionality.
- Support database activities across clinical trials, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Identify and communicate risks, timeline impacts, and workload concerns proactively.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and data operations activities.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Hands-on Medidata Rave build experience, including:
- eCRF development

- Edit checks

- Data migrations
- Strong experience with C# programming, including custom functions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team workplace.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to highlight risks, issues, and potential timeline impacts.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with SAS programming.
- Experience working with Medrio and/or Viedoc platforms.
- Previous experience in clinical data management, EDC systems, or clinical trial programming.
