- Sales and Conversions with negotiations skills
- Follow-up and Retention
- Client Records Management
- Team-oriented Approach with the team
- Events, promotions and workshops
- Client Feedback and Complaint Resolution
- Manage the entire customer experience cycle from entry to exit and beyond
- Sound knowledge of clinic procedure and machinery used in the clinic.
