Role Description

This is a full time, hybrid Client Services Representative role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Client Services

Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role includes handling client onboarding, tracking project status, collecting feedback, and supporting the delivery of AI-focused marketing and Reddit campaigns.



The representative will monitor client satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and escalate issues when needed to maintain strong relationships and high service standards. They will also assist with basic financial tracking such as invoicing coordination, maintaining records, and providing regular reports on account performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with experience managing client relationships and expectations.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of resolving issues and enhancing the client experience.
- Basic Finance understanding to support billing, invoicing, and account-related documentation.
- Relevant experience in account management, client support, or customer success, preferably in marketing, advertising, or tech.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
