We’re looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager who can bring together clients, creative teams and execution — and make sure nothing gets lost in between.

You’ll work across weddings, brands, events and creative productions, becoming the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams.

This is a role for someone who can understand a brief, communicate clearly, anticipate what needs to happen next and take complete ownership of a project — from the first conversation to final delivery.

What you’ll be doing:• Managing day-to-day communication and relationships with clients

- Understanding briefs and translating them clearly for creative and production teams
- Coordinating internally across photographers, filmmakers, editors and operations teams
- Managing multiple projects, timelines, follow-ups and deliverables simultaneously
- Anticipating client requirements and resolving issues proactively
- Ensuring every project moves smoothly from onboarding to final delivery
- Maintaining a high standard of communication and client experience throughout





We’d love to meet someone who:• Has 2+ years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management, preferably within weddings, events, media, advertising, production or a creative agency

• Is excellent at communication and building client relationships

• Is highly organised and strong with follow-ups

• Can comfortably handle multiple clients and projects at the same time

• Thinks quickly and stays solution-oriented under pressure

• Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen next

• Understands the pace and unpredictability of the creative and events industry

• Is genuinely excited about excellent photography, films, brands and experiences
