At DillyDally Trails, we believe that a great travel experience starts long before someone gets on a flight. It starts with the first conversation.

We're looking for a Client Experience & Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Gurgaon.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who is looking to learn, take ownership and grow with a young travel company. You don't need to know everything about travel.

We're much more interested in how you communicate, how you treat people and how much you care about doing things well.

What you'll be doingTalking to travellers

You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with.

You'll

- Speak to prospective travellers over calls, WhatsApp and email
- Understand what they're looking for and recommend the right trip
- Answer questions and help first-time travellers feel comfortable
- Follow up with enquiries
- Confidently guide interested customers towards booking
- Build relationships with our travellers rather than simply answering messages

Coordinating trips

Once someone books, you'll help make sure everything stays on track.

You'll

- Coordinate traveller requirements and documents
- Keep track of payments, confirmations and deadlines
- Coordinate with our internal team and Korean partners
- Keep travellers updated before their journey
- Make sure no important detail or follow-up gets missed

Learning & contributing to growth

As you understand the business, you'll also get the opportunity to work on things beyond day-to-day client servicing, including:

- Influencer & creator collaborations
- Brand partnerships
- Korean café and cultural organisation partnerships
- Community events and PR activities
- Lead-generation initiatives
- Travel awards and industry opportunities

You don't need experience in all of these. We want someone curious enough to learn and proactive enough to eventually take ownership of them. Who would be a great fit?You might be the person we're looking for if:

- You're warm without being overly casual
- You communicate professionally without sounding robotic
- You genuinely enjoy helping people
- You're confident speaking on the phone
- You can sell without being pushy
- You're organised and good at following through
- You notice things that need to be done without waiting to be told
- You stay calm when there are multiple things happening at once
- You have good written and spoken English
- You love travel and are curious about South Korea

Travel, hospitality, customer service or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. What you'll get to do hereDillyDally is still a small team.mThat means you won't be one person among hundreds doing one tiny part of a process. You'll work closely with the founders and get to see how a travel company is actually built — from speaking to the first customer to creating partnerships and improving the experience we deliver.

And as we grow, we want you to grow with us. Our goal isn't for you to remain an Executive forever.

As you become more experienced, we'd like you to take ownership of the client experience function, eventually mentor new team members and build a team of your own.

What we offer₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month, depending on experience and fit

We work from the office when the founders are in India, with flexibility to work remotely when we're in South Korea.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to answer a WhatsApp message.
