About the Role

DataHQ.ai is looking for a smart, curious and highly organised person to become the bridge between our customers and DataHQ's Product, Data, Solution and Engineering teams.

You will work with multiple customers and prospects to understand their business, data, requirements and use cases-and ensure the right information reaches the right DataHQ team without consuming senior team bandwidth.

The Client & Data Coordination Associate is a full time, hybrid role based in New Delhi and also travelling to other DataHQ office locations, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate with customers/prospects on requirements, data, meetings and follow-ups.
- Understand customer businesses, processes, KPIs, data sources and pain points.
- Coordinate post-NDA data collection, validation and tracking.
- Capture customer requirements and convert conversations into clear, structured inputs for DataHQ teams, of course along with DataHQ experts to start with.




- Coordinate customer feedback and iterations on prototypes, dashboards and use cases.
- Track open actions, dependencies and deliverables across customer and internal teams.
- Use AI extensively for research, meeting summaries, data analysis, documentation and faster learning.
- Identify recurring customer requirements and feed insights back into Product and Solution teams.

Who We're Looking For

Experience is not the priority. We are looking for someone who is:

- Extremely curious and hungry to learn.
- Smart, proactive and highly organised.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and asking questions.
- Interested in AI, data, technology and business.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and willing to learn SQL/data concepts.
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- A fresher or 0–2 year candidate with the right attitude is absolutely welcome.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Data Management and an understanding of Data Science concepts.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal client interaction(a must).
- Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, proficiency in spreadsheets,ERP or BI tools, ability to work collaboratively across teams, and experience in client-facing or coordination roles.
