Position: Junior Claims Executive

Location: JK Cement Panna Plant – Main Gate, Sotipura, Madhya Pradesh – 488441

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Claims Executive to handle day-to-day insurance claim-related activities at the JK Cement Panna Plant. The candidate should have practical knowledge of claim registration, additions, deletions, and basic claim documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Register and process insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Handle claim registration and documentation.
- Manage additions and deletions in insurance policies/records.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams regarding claim-related matters.
- Follow up on claim status and maintain regular records.
- Verify claim-related documents and ensure completeness.
- Maintain proper claim files, registers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in resolving claim-related queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare regular claim status reports and updates.
- Ensure all claim activities are completed as per company procedures.





Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Claim Registration.
- Practical understanding of Additions & Deletions.
- Basic knowledge of insurance claims and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up regularly.
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in General Insurance / Claims / Insurance Broking will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates who have hands-on experience in insurance claim-related work.
- Candidates who can independently manage claim records and follow-ups.
- Local candidates or candidates willing to work at the JK Cement Panna Plant will be preferred.
