Role Description

We are looking for a Civil Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The opportunity is open to fresh graduates and early-career civil engineering professionals interested in gaining practical experience across industrial construction, site execution, civil maintenance, infrastructure development, plant projects, structural works, estimation, and project coordination.

The Civil Engineer will work closely with projects, maintenance, engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and plant teams to support safe, timely, and quality execution of civil and infrastructure activities across the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in civil engineering, site engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial projects, civil maintenance, estimation,



or project execution can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Civil Engineer, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Junior Engineer, Construction Engineer, Civil Site Engineer, or Graduate Engineer Trainee are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, EPC, construction, infrastructure, real estate, industrial projects, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, power, engineering, agro-processing, or other sectors are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of civil construction, site execution, structural works, quantity estimation, measurements, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings, structural drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation, quantity surveying, billing, or project documentation will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to industrial buildings, foundations, roads, drainage, flooring, RCC works, steel structures, or civil maintenance will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, ERP, SAP, or similar project tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Positive planning, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing and project environment.
- Internship, apprenticeship, site training, academic project, or practical civil-construction exposure will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop practical civil-engineering and project-execution skills.
