Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Kozhikode.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, including site supervision, coordination with contractors, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural and civil engineering drawings, assisting in project planning and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role involves collaborating with architects and designers to translate home design concepts into structurally sound and efficient solutions.

The Civil





Engineer will also participate in quality control, material estimation, and reporting project progress to management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of core civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including the ability to interpret and develop structural and site-related drawings.
- Experience in project Planning and coordination, including scheduling, resource management, and monitoring construction progress.
- Understanding of Stormwater Management and related site infrastructure, ensuring effective drainage and environmental compliance.
- Recognized qualification as a Civil Engineer, such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and construction safety regulations.
- Ability to use engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar tools) and basic project documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in office.
- Prior experience in residential or architectural projects in Kerala or similar regions is an added advantage.
