Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of industrial flooring projects, including VDF/Trimix, laser screed, and seamless floors. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings, preparing technical plans, coordinating with site supervisors and contractors, monitoring quality and safety standards, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The role involves conducting site inspections, assessing floor conditions,



recommending appropriate flooring solutions, and supporting installation teams with technical guidance.

The Civil

Engineer will also collaborate with clients, prepare reports and documentation, and support continuous improvement of construction processes and materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design and practical Civil Engineering application.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project coordination for construction and flooring works.
- Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management and related civil infrastructure considerations.
- Candidates should possess experience working as Civil Engineers on industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of concrete technology, industrial flooring systems, and relevant construction standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Proficiency with basic engineering software and MS Office; familiarity with CAD tools is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
