About the RoleWe are looking for a Cinematic Videographer who understands Instagram content and has a strong eye for storytelling.

You will be responsible for shooting Instagram Reels, short films, founder content, brand stories, and real human stories for PANHA.

We are looking for someone who can make simple moments look visually engaging and cinematic.

What You'll Do

- Shoot Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Shoot cinematic short films and brand stories.
- Handle camera, framing, lighting, and basic audio setup.
- Plan shots and camera movements according to the story.
- Work closely with the creative and content team.
- Capture authentic emotions, people, and real-life moments.




- Shoot content optimized for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Help develop new visual styles and formats for PANHA.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ months of hands-on videography experience.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social media content.
- Strong sense of framing, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable operating a camera and basic shooting equipment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for cinematic visuals.
- Ability to work in quick-paced shooting environments.
- Willingness to experiment with new content formats.
- Portfolio / Instagram / Showreel is required.

Good to Have
- Experience with short films, documentaries, or brand films.
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with gimbal, handheld, or cinematic camera setups.
- Basic understanding of color grading.
