Are you passionate about cinematography, storytelling, video editing and creative content production?

Raks IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Cinematographer & Video Editor who can manage the complete video production workflow, from concept and client-location shoots to professional editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should also be capable of leading and managing our video editing team, ensuring consistency, creativity and quality across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots at client locations
- Shoot content for different products, services, businesses and skilled brands
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos, brand films and social media content
- Understand different client businesses and convert their ideas into compelling visual stories
- Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, composition and audio
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns
- Add motion graphics, transitions, typography, colour grading, sound design and visual effects
- Manage the complete workflow from shooting to editing and final delivery
- Lead, coordinate and manage the video editing team
- Allocate editing tasks and monitor project timelines
- Review edited videos and maintain creative and technical quality standards
- Guide editors on editing style, storytelling, transitions, effects, pacing and brand requirements
- Ensure all client projects are delivered on time and according to the required quality
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, social media and creative teams





Required Skills & ToolsStrong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Other professional cinematography and video editing tools

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Cinematographer / Videographer & Video Editor
- Strong experience in product-based and service-oriented shoots
- Experience shooting at client locations across different industries and professions
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Good knowledge of cinematography, lighting, framing, composition and storytelling
- Ability to independently handle a project from concept → shoot → edit → final delivery
- Experience leading or coordinating a video editing team
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
