We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to own retail, omnichannel, and digital commerce technology — building the platforms and customer experience that will carry the brand through 4x store growth.
Position: Chief Technology Officer Experience: 15+ years Location: Mumbai THE ROLEThis is a builder's mandate, not a maintainer's role. You will spend the first 6–8 months hands-on — doing the groundwork yourself before scaling a team — as you help transition a founder-led culture into a professionally managed one, while preserving the trust and values built over eight decades. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Define and own the retail and digital commerce technology roadmap to support scaling from 12 to 51 stores● Select and implement POS and store-management systems that scale across a rapidly growing network● Build or upgrade the e-commerce platform and mobile app for a seamless omnichannel journey● Implement CRM and loyalty systems suited to a high-trust, high-value jewellery brand● Build commerce data infrastructure and analytics to support merchandising and expansion decisions● Partner with the Head of IT on integration with core ERP, infrastructure,
