SMJ Global Advisors also delivers ongoing compliance support across income tax, GST, ROC filings, and multiple audit requirements. The firm positions itself as a security partner and legal mentor, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments efficiently.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role based in Delhi. The CTO will define and lead the overall technology vision and roadmap to support SMJ Global Advisors’ legal, certification, and compliance services. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development initiatives, designing and maintaining system architecture, and guiding product development for internal tools and client-facing platforms.

The role involves managing technology projects, aligning IT strategy with business goals, and ensuring secure, scalable,



and compliant technology solutions. The CTO will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, manage vendors and internal technology resources, and continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong Software Development and Product Development skills to build, enhance, and maintain technology solutions and platforms.
- Demonstrated IT Strategy and Architecture capabilities to design scalable systems and align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Proven Project Management experience to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time and within scope.
- Experience with secure, compliant technology environments, preferably in legal, financial, or compliance-focused domains.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional technology teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy regulations is highly beneficial.
