? Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (PPC – Lead Generation for Astrology Business)? Job SummaryWe are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to generate high-quality leads for our astrology services, including consultations, Kundli analysis, and problem-solving sessions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, strong knowledge of Google Ads, and a deep understanding of customer intent, psychology, and conversion-focused marketing.

? Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation

- Conduct keyword research for astrology-related searches such as love, career, marriage, relationship & life problems
- Write compelling and emotionally engaging ad copies
- Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality
- Set up and manage conversion tracking for forms, calls & WhatsApp clicks using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Monitor and improve campaign performance including CTR, CPC & Conversion Rate
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, customer intent, and lead quality





✅ Requirements• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, preferably Search campaigns

- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Experience with service-based businesses will be preferred
- Strong understanding of keyword intent and user behavior
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
- Ability to focus on lead quality, not just lead volume
- Solid analytical, optimization, and decision-making skills

⭐ Nice to Have• Experience in Astrology, Wellness, Consultation, or similar businesses

- Familiarity with WhatsApp & call-based sales funnels
- Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization & CRO
- Google Ads Certification
