Role

Lead the brand, marketing and customer growth strategy for an established Luxury retail business expanding across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own brand strategy, positioning and architecture .
- Lead ATL, BTL, digital and performance marketing .
- Drive CRM, loyalty, customer acquisition and retention .
- Own marketing budget, agencies, campaigns and ROI .
- Lead and scale the Brand, Digital, CRM and Regional Marketing teams .
- Track marketing-led revenue, CAC, footfall, conversion and customer retention .

Ideal Profile
- 15+ years in marketing leadership, with 5+ years managing ₹50 Cr+ ATL budgets .
- Strong experience in luxury retail, premium retail or consumer brands .
- Proven success in scaling regional brands across multiple markets .
- Robust expertise in brand, digital, performance marketing and CRM .
- Commercially driven, data-led and hands-on.
