We are seeking a high-calibre Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale a prominent healthcare institution with significant operations across hospitals, diagnostics, clinical research / laboratory services and allied healthcare businesses.

This is a senior leadership mandate for an accomplished healthcare executive who has demonstrated experience in running large hospitals, multi-hospital networks, diagnostic chains, research laboratories or integrated healthcare institutions.

Role: Chief Executive Officer – HealthcareKey Responsibilities:

✔️ Take complete ownership of the organization's strategic direction, operations and P&L;

✔️ Lead and scale large-scale hospital / healthcare / diagnostic operations

✔️ Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency and long-term institutional value

✔️ Oversee clinical, operational, commercial and administrative functions through a solid leadership team

✔️ Build and strengthen doctors, clinical leadership and senior management teams

✔️ Establish high standards of clinical quality, patient experience, governance and regulatory compliance

✔️ Develop and execute expansion strategies including new hospitals, centres, laboratories, geographies and healthcare verticals

✔️ Drive technology, process excellence, cost optimization and organizational transformation

✔️ Engage effectively with promoters / board / investors / medical leadership and other key stakeholders

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a proven healthcare CEO / Business Head / Hospital Network Leader with:





- 20+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior healthcare leadership
- Prior experience as CEO / Group CEO / COO / Executive Director / Business Head of a large hospital, hospital network, diagnostic chain, pathology / research laboratory or integrated healthcare organization
- Strong track record of running large-scale healthcare operations with P&L; ownership
- Experience managing multiple hospitals / centres / laboratories or a geographically distributed healthcare network would be highly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, diagnostics, clinical services, healthcare economics and patient-centric delivery
- Demonstrated ability to scale institutions, improve profitability and build high-performing leadership teams
- Experience working closely with Boards / Promoters / Investors and leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation
- Strong commercial, strategic and operational leadership capabilities

Preferred BackgroundCandidates from leading hospital groups, diagnostic chains, pathology / research laboratory networks, healthcare platforms or large integrated healthcare organizations will be strongly considered.

This is not a conventional hospital administration role.
