About APCA The Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts is a leading culinary and pastry education institution with campuses across Asia. In India, APCA operates in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bengaluru and is entering a deliberate phase of growth.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead APCA India’s next phase of growth, strengthen institutional leadership, and drive sustainable business performance.

About the Role The CEO will report directly to the Directors and will have overall responsibility for APCA India’s P&L;, strategic direction, campus operations, team performance, growth, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute APCA India’s 3–5 year strategic roadmap.
- Strengthen APCA’s positioning within India’s culinary education and hospitality ecosystem.
- Represent APCA at senior industry, government, media and institutional forums.
- Align India operations with the broader APCA Group strategy.

Leadership & People

- Build, lead and develop a high-performing India leadership team.
- Establish transparent performance standards, accountability and review mechanisms.
- Develop future leaders and succession plans across the organisation.

Financial Management

- Own the Annual Operating Plan, revenue targets, budgets and headcount planning.
- Lead long-term financial planning and expansion scenarios.




- Drive budget discipline, financial performance and revenue diversification.
- Identify new revenue streams including corporate training, B2B programmes, short courses, events and international student opportunities.

Growth & Partnerships

- Identify new campus, programme and market opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with leading hotel groups, F&B; organisations and corporate partners.
- Develop academic, industry and international partnerships.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competition and changing student demand.

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable education, labour, safety and accreditation requirements.
- Establish strong governance and reporting structures.
- Take overall accountability for material legal, regulatory and institutional matters.

- What We’re Looking For, Must Have:

- 15+ years of leadership experience, including at least 5 years owning P&L; across multiple business units/campuses.
- Strong background in hospitality, culinary education or F&B;.
- Established senior-level relationships within the hospitality, hotel or culinary education ecosystem.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including AOP, budgeting, long-term planning and revenue diversification.
