NOESIS is looking for a high-calibre CEO – Construction & Project Development to lead a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, infrastructure and engineering projects across India.
This is a strategic, execution-driven leadership role for a professional who can bring together business strategy, engineering, construction, commercial discipline and overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead construction and development projects end-to-end
- Drive business strategy, execution, P&L;, budgets, timelines and quality
- Oversee residential, commercial, infrastructure and engineering projects
- Lead project planning, design, procurement, contracts and construction
- Build and lead high-performing project and engineering teams
- Manage statutory approvals, compliance and stakeholder relationships
- Strengthen project governance, MIS, cost control and risk management
- Lead negotiations with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities and financial stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for technology, productivity and value engineering
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
Candidate Profile :
? Location: Borivali, Mumbai
? Experience: 18–20 Years
? Education: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering + MBA/PGDM preferred
? CTC: ₹22–24 LPA
Industry Experience:
Residential | Commercial | Infrastructure | Engineering | Construction | EPC | Real Estate Development
