Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support through chat and blended channels to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle a high volume of chats from clients.
- Utilize blended process techniques to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO environment or similar industry.
- Proficiency in handling international/domestic (blended/chat processes ), (blended/chat support) with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of blended process workflows and ability to work effectively under pressure.
