Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Lucknow.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting functions, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. Daily responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. The role involves handling statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings, and coordinating with auditors for internal and external audits.

The Chartered

Accountant will also support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting to leadership, contributing to sound financial planning and risk management within a fast-growing digital transformation environment.





Qualifications

- Professional accounting expertise, including strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting standards, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience with taxation and compliance activities such as GST, TDS, income tax returns, and statutory filings, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, Excel), with the ability to maintain accurate records and automate routine financial processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams, management, and external auditors in a clear, professional manner.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized professional body; relevant experience in corporate finance, consulting, or technology-driven organizations is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow and adapt to a energetic, digitally focused business environment.
