Frameworks: Deep understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes, specifically Service Transition and Change Management.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with modern infrastructure delivery pipelines (Cloud platforms, CI/CD, IaC, and distributed systems) to effectively assess technical changes.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) for change tracking and workflow automation.

Process Governance: Proven ability to manage CAB meetings, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions regarding deployment readiness.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure incident or deployment scenarios.

- 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Service Transition, Change Management, Project Management, or a related enterprise IT discipline.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices, particularly Service Transition and Change Management.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise Change Management processes and CAB activities.




- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of change risk assessment, deployment readiness, implementation planning, backout planning, and post-implementation review.
- Good understanding of modern cloud and infrastructure delivery models, including Cloud, CI/CD, IaC, and distributed systems.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise IT environments with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge decisions constructively.
- Ability to prioritize and make sound, data-driven decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITIL certification or equivalent ITSM qualification.
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management.
- Experience working with DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Platform Engineering teams
