Each center functions as the official regional liaison point to guide prospective students and parents, deliver career counseling, conduct admissions outreach, and facilitate direct enrollment into degree programs offered at the main Navi Mumbai campus.

Role 1: Center Manager

Role Overview: The Center Manager leads the regional information center's setup, daily operations, and admission targets. This role is responsible for driving student outreach across the local city,



coordinating marketing events/seminars, managing the counselor, and converting student inquiries into enrolled admissions at the Navi Mumbai campus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the regional PUSIC office.
- Plan and execute local outreach campaigns, school/college visits, education fairs, and seminars to generate student inquiries.
- Drive monthly and seasonal admission targets for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Guide and supervise the Admission Counsellor to maintain high conversion rates and consistent lead follow-ups.
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions for walk-ins and high-priority student leads alongside parents.
- Manage operational budgets, center administrative workflows, CRM lead entries, and weekly performance reporting to the central leadership in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in center management, admissions operations, or student acquisition within the higher education/training sector.
- Proven track record in meeting admission quotas and managing small teams.
- Strong networking skills within the local city's schools, colleges, and coaching ecosystems.
- Fluency in English and the regional local language (Hindi / Gujarati / Konkani depending on location).





Role 2: Admission Counsellor

Role Overview: The Admission Counsellor serves as the primary advisor for prospective students and parents visiting or calling the regional center. The role involves understanding student career aspirations, presenting program benefits at Pondicherry University – Sterling College, handling queries about campus life in Navi Mumbai, and completing the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all incoming student queries via telephone calls, walk-ins, digital inquiries, and school outreach leads.
- Conduct one-on-one academic counseling to match candidates with suitable degree programs (B.B.A., B.Com., M.B.A., etc.).
- Explain fee structures, curriculum advantages, skill training (Power BI, Excel), hostel/campus facilities in Navi Mumbai, and placement assistance.
- Perform regular, structured follow-up calls and messages to nurture potential applicants.
- Assist students step-by-step through application filling, document verification, and registration.
- Maintain clean, updated lead records and conversion statuses in the CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, tele-counseling, or educational sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
