Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor manpower utilization and shift activities.
Maintain product quality standards and GMP/SOP compliance.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
Maintain daily production records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene,



and compliance with company policies.
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
Train and guide production operators and workers.

Qualification
