Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Intern to support our recruitment, employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Post job vacancies and source suitable candidates
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate trackers and employee records
Support employee onboarding and exit processes
Prepare offer letters, internship letters and other HR documents
Track attendance, leave and required employee documentation
Support employee engagement and training activities




Follow up with employees for HR and compliance requirements
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Assist with general HR administration

Requirements
Graduate or currently pursuing an MBA, BBA or degree related to HR
Good written and spoken English
Robust communication and coordination skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and spreadsheets
Organised, responsible and able to follow up independently
Willing to work from our Dombivli office
Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Experience using job portals or LinkedIn
Ability to create reports and maintain accurate records
Interest in the cybersecurity or technology sector
