Your role will include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing explicit instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to Support their skill development, qualified growth, and overall success.

Essential Competencies:
Competent in test execution for functional, Integration, and system testing
Strong Experience in designing Automation frameworks using Tools like Selenium, Appium, ReadyAPI, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter etc
Must have robust expertise in testing web-based, RESTful API calls and mobile (Android & iOS) applications
Work closely with agile development team on assigned test projects and help in delivering quality software
Contributes ideas on product and process improvements
Experience working in agile environment and methods
Flexible working on manual testing and automation based on business needs
Qualifications
Desirable Competencies:
Experience with test automation frameworks development, and understanding of security testing concepts
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Interact with different functions like Firmware/Hardware / Software team to resolve system-level issues
Interact with local and global teams in resolving the issues.
Passionate to work on POCs for technology research efforts that result in prototypes for concept evaluation
Working knowledge on Agile tools
