About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations in a quick-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals and other hiring platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.
Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records,



attendance and leave data.
Support employee engagement activities, celebrations and internal initiatives.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports and other documentation.
Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related requirements.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills.
