Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile products. This role requires robust design skills, a user-centered mindset, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
Develop and maintain design style guides and UI standards
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals
Create interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas




Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
2+ years of qualified experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, processes, and outcomes

Nice to Have
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Certification in UI/UX design or a related specialization
