FabConnect is hiring an experienced Brand / Category Manager for a full-time prospect at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in category growth, brand management, portfolio planning, pricing, promotions, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy, specifically within the Health & Personal Care segment.

? Location: World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore

? Experience: 3+ Years

? Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

? Department: Marketing

⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities✔ Develop and execute category growth strategies

✔ Drive sales, profitability, market share, and customer acquisition

✔ Manage end-to-end brand and category lifecycle

✔ Build product assortment, pricing architecture, and portfolio strategies

✔ Drive new product launches and category expansion initiatives

✔ Own category P&L; and profitability metrics

✔ Develop pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies

✔ Prepare business plans, forecasts, and growth roadmaps

✔ Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour

✔ Track KPIs such as Sales,



Margin, Revenue Growth, Market Share, and Inventory Turnover

✔ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, E-commerce, and Operations teams
