Experience:5 to 7 years of experience in Casting with Catia V5/V6

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify

3D models of cast components using CATIA V5

.

- Prepare detailed

2D manufacturing drawings in CATIA V5 as per customer standards.

- Apply

GD&T; and dimensional tolerances in accordance with applicable standards.

- Interpret engineering specifications and customer requirements.

- Implement engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and update CAD models and drawings.

- Ensure compliance with design quality, drafting standards, and release procedures.

- Participate in design reviews and resolve design-related issues.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams during product development.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Proficiency in CATIA V5

(Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting).

- Strong experience in

3D Modeling of cast components.

- Experience in

2D Drawing Creation using CATIA V5.

- Valuable knowledge of

GD&T; and engineering drawing standards.

- Understanding of casting manufacturing processes and design considerations.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
