About the Role

We are looking for a Catalog Executive to manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and an interest in product catalog management.

Freshers with relevant internship experience in e-commerce, catalog management, marketplace operations, or product listing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Add and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, SKUs, images, and other catalog information.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and error-free.
- Manage product variants, attributes, categories, tags, and collections.
- Optimise product titles and descriptions according to SEO and marketplace guidelines.
- Upload and maintain product images, banners, A+ Content, and other visual assets wherever required.
- Monitor catalog health and identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete product information.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Marketing teams for product-related information.
- Assist in resolving listing errors, suppressed listings, duplicate listings, and other marketplace catalog issues.
- Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets for product data, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and catalog tracking.




- Ensure consistency of product information across different e-commerce platforms.
- Support new product launches and ensure timely listing of products.
- Regularly check competitor listings and marketplace trends to improve product presentation.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written communication and basic English proficiency.
- Ability to work with large amounts of product data.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, product listing, and SEO.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome.
- Internship experience in E-commerce, Catalog Management, Marketplace Management, Shopify, Amazon, or product listing will be an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates from E-commerce, BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related backgrounds are preferred.
