Role Description The Career Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The counselor will provide one-on-one and group counseling to students, helping them explore academic options, understand career pathways, and select suitable courses and institutions in India and abroad. Daily responsibilities include assessing student interests and aptitude, conducting informative sessions, maintaining detailed counseling records, and following up with students to track progress and satisfaction.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on education trends,



using digital tools and AI-powered platforms to support counseling, and participating in workshops, seminars, and outreach activities. The counselor will also communicate clearly with students and families, offering unbiased guidance and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Career Development and Career Management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience working with students or young professionals in educational or guidance settings is beneficial.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Indian and international higher education systems and admission processes is advantageous.
- Ability to use digital tools, CRM or counseling software, and basic office applications to manage student data and sessions.
- Solid ethical standards, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
