Role Description The Car Driver at STAIETECH is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, visitors, and materials to designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily tasks include performing basic vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle, and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

The role also involves coordinating with the office team for pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely arrival, and handling documentation or receipts related to trips when required.



The driver is expected to follow traffic rules at all times, demonstrate professional behavior, and represent STAIETECH positively during all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with team members, clients, and external contacts.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Service Quality skills to ensure a professional, courteous, and reliable driving experience.
- Candidates should possess Automotive knowledge, including safe driving practices and basic vehicle checks.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as willingness to learn company procedures and safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with Ghaziabad and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work full-time on-site, manage time effectively, and follow assigned schedules.
- Basic literacy and numeracy for reading instructions, maintaining logs, and handling trip-related documentation.
- Prior experience as a professional driver in a corporate or service workplace is an advantage.
