Job Overview

We are seeking a Capture Analyst to support our US Government IT Services business across Federal markets.The candidate will be responsible for identifying and tracking government contracting opportunities, analyzing RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and other solicitations, conducting market and competitive research, and supporting the Capture and Proposal teams throughout the pursuit lifecycle.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US Government procurement, IT services proposals, opportunity research, and capture support.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research new US Government IT services opportunities across Federal markets.
- Monitor RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, IFBs, ITBs, and other government solicitations.
- Research opportunities through SAM.gov, GovWin, USA Spending, FPDS, state procurement portals, and other relevant sources.
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, PWSs, requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
- Prepare chance summaries, capture reports, bid/no-bid inputs, and pipeline updates.
- Conduct research on incumbents, competitors, contract history, agencies, contract vehicles, and award information.
- Identify potential teaming partners, subcontractors, and strategic partners.
- Support Capture Managers and Business Development teams in developing capture strategies and pursuit plans.
- Track solicitation timelines, amendments, Q&A;, deadlines, and award dates.
- Maintain and update the organization's government opportunity pipeline and capture database.




- Prepare competitive intelligence and market research reports for management.
- Support proposal teams with RFP requirement analysis, compliance matrices, and proposal inputs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Capture, Proposal, Technical, and Delivery teams.
- Monitor upcoming government procurements and provide early intelligence on potential opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports related to the government pipeline.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Capture, Proposal Management, Bid Management, Business Development, or Government Contracting.
- Experience working with US Government opportunities is required.
- Experience with Federal procurement is preferred.
- Strong understanding of US Government RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
- Experience researching and analyzing government solicitations.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAM.gov, GovWin, USA Spending, FPDS, or state procurement portals.
- Experience supporting US IT Services / IT Consulting proposals and captures.
- Knowledge of Federal procurement processes.
- Understanding of IDIQ, GWAC, BPA, MAC, State Master Contracts, and Task Orders.
- Experience with incumbent and competitor research.
- Exposure to proposal writing, compliance matrices, and proposal development.
- Experience working with US-based Capture, Proposal, Sales, or Business Development teams.
