Develop and maintain data models that accurately represent business processes and requirements.

- Perform data mapping to ensure consistency and integrity across various data sources and systems.
- Conduct data quality checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Utilize basic SQL and Python skills to query, manipulate data, and automate routine tasks.
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis (by monitoring & reporting on data pipeline performance) to improve data pipeline efficiency/effectiveness.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data quality management.




- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing data manipulation tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience in financial domain of hedge funds , fund admins , banking is a plus • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) is a plus • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities
