Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to existing and potential clients, share product information, and respond to queries related to medical equipment and hospital furniture. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and events.





The role involves explaining product features and pricing, capturing customer requirements, and escalating complex inquiries to relevant team members when needed. The Caller will also contribute to customer relationship management by providing courteous, clear communication and ensuring a qualified experience for all callers.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills for handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities to support clients and build long-term connections.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or call management systems, email, and spreadsheets.
- Sales support or telecalling experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
- Ability to understand and convey technical product information in simple, clear language.
- Organizational skills for maintaining records, tracking follow-ups, and managing daily call targets.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian or foreign languages is a plus.
