Role Overview

We are looking for Cafe Executives (Junior and Senior levels) to run our in-store cafe - preparing and serving food/beverages and delivering a outstanding customer experience.

Candidates with prior experience at QSR/cafe brands (e.g. Domino's, Subway, Baskin Robbins) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Cafe Operations

- Prepare and serve food and beverage items as per brand recipes and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cafe cleanliness, stock, and equipment upkeep.
- Handle billing/orders at the cafe counter accurately.

Customer Service

- Deliver friendly, prompt service to customers at the cafe.
- Senior Cafe Executives will additionally guide and support junior staff on shift.

What We Are Looking For

- Prior experience in a cafe/QSR environment (e.g. Domino's, Subway, Baskin Robbins or similar) preferred.
- Good hygiene practices and attention to food quality/presentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work store/cafe hours, including weekends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
