We have an opening for the position of "CA Fresher – Management Trainee" in the International Business Department, based at our Ahmedabad location.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.

Candidates who have cleared CA in the first attempt.

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12 Midnight

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in finalization of accounts in compliance with SEBI LODR, Ind AS and applicable provisions of the Companies Act.
- Review Accounts Payable, including vendor payments, foreign payments, GR/IR, SR/IR and ageing reports.
- Scrutinize Accounts Receivable, including trade receivables and preparation/review of ageing reports.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents and provide necessary coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Prepare and analyze management reports and financial MIS.
- Handle GST reconciliations, GST returns, audits, assessments and appeals.
- Assist in Tax Audit and related documentation and compliances.

develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Finance & Accounts processes.
- Manage and review Fixed Assets and General Ledger accounting.
- Handle banking-related activities, including bank reconciliations and coordination with banks.
- Ensure timely TDS compliance, reconciliations, returns and related documentation.
- Support the Finance team in statutory compliances and other accounting and reporting requirements as assigned.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Ind AS, GST, TDS, taxation and accounting principles.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Dashboard, MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
