Role Description The Beverage Line Can Filler Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakori. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting can filling equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production. Daily tasks include setting up machines, performing pre-operation checks, loading materials, and ensuring cans are filled, sealed, and coded according to specifications.

The operator inspects products for quality, performs basic troubleshooting, and reports any mechanical issues or safety concerns. The role also involves completing production logs, following sanitation and safety procedures,



coordinating with team members, and supporting training activities for new or cross-trained staff.

Qualifications

- Machine Operation skills, including experience with production line equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Quality Control skills, such as visual inspection, adherence to production standards, and accurate documentation of results.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
- Training experience or the ability to support onboarding and skill development for colleagues on the line.
- Computer Literacy for using production software, data entry, and accessing work instructions or safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail, focus on safety, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials.
- Previous experience in beverage, food, or manufacturing operations is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
