POSITION OVERVIEW

ROLE OBJECTIVE Deliver attentive, high-grade, and personalized service to club members and VIP guests. The Butler will maintain immaculate etiquette, proactive service standards, and complete discretion, ensuring an elevated hospitality experience across all private dining, lounge, and event spaces within the club.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Member Service & Hospitality Execution

- Provide gracious, highly personalized food and beverage service to members and their guests.
- Greet, escort, and attend to member preferences proactively, anticipating needs to create a seamless experience.
- Assist with service execution, table arrangements, formal hosting, and post-event resetting during private club functions and member gatherings.

Service Operations & Coordination

- Collaborate closely with kitchen, service,



and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Maintain complete cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service stations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Uphold strict club protocols, formal etiquette standards, and proper service sequencing at all times.

Professional Standards & Discretion

- Maintain an immaculate, polished personal presentation and grooming standard aligned with an elite club environment.
- Uphold strict confidentiality, privacy, and diplomatic professionalism in every member and guest interaction.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: Prior experience as a Butler, Senior Steward, or F&B; Service Specialist in an exclusive private club, luxury 5-star hotel, or high-net-worth residence.
- Communication & Etiquette: Well-spoken with solid interpersonal skills; fluency in English and polite conversational demeanor are essential.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, discretion, polished composure under pressure during peak dining hours, and a dedicated service-first mindset.
