Colombier Lab Pvt. Ltd. is a leading EV Charging Station (EVCS) solution provider in Kerala, offering turnkey installation, operations, and maintenance solutions for commercial, fleet, residential, and highway charging infrastructure projects.

Job Objective

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager – EVCS Division to drive EV infrastructure growth by acquiring new clients, securing commercial partnerships, and expanding charging network installations across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify business opportunities in commercial complexes, malls, hospitals, hotels, fuel stations, and fleet operators
- Develop partnerships with real estate developers and institutional clients
- Lead high-value EV charging infrastructure deals from lead generation to closure
- Conduct techno-commercial presentations and ROI discussions
- Handle tender participation and government-related EV projects
- Monitor competitor activities and EV market trends
- Achieve monthly and annual EVCS revenue targets
- Lead and mentor field sales executives and entire team

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Education:



MBA / B.Tech (EEE / Electrical / Mechanical) preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in EV / Electrical Infrastructure / B2B sales
- Strong understanding of EV ecosystem preferred
- Location: Kerala
- Two-wheeler with license mandatory

- Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of EV chargers (AC/DC), load requirements & approvals
- Leadership and business expansion capability
- Fluent in Malayalam & English
