What We’re Looking For

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or Engineering; MBA/master’s degree preferred

? Experience: 12+ years in the PVC plumbing industry, with a proven track record in P&L; management and multi-department leadership

? Skills: Strong Sales acumen | Strategic Marketing | Basic Knowledge in Manufacturing | Financial decision Making, Exceptional communication
